Christmas Fayre menu will run from Friday November 27th till Sunday December 27th.

 Starters

Butternut squash & carrot soup, rocket & hazelnut pesto

Game terrine, apricot puree, sherry soaked raisins & onion bread

Oak Smoked salmon, Lilliput caper and shallot , Lemon emulsion

Mature cheddar and Branston tartlet, pickled onion rings, English mustard mayo

 

Mains

Roast Turkey, Sage and onion forcemeat, Pig in blanket, Roast potatoes, Gravy

Fish of the day, bubble & squeak, English mustard cream sauce

Braised blade of beef, creamed potato, Glazed carrot, Thyme jus

Winter vegetable wellington, Creamed potato, cumin gravy

(All meals are served with a selection of vegetables)

 

Desserts

Christmas pudding, Brandy custard

Bitter dark chocolate tart, raspberry gel, vanilla ice cream

Iced apple parfait, toffee sauce, popcorn
