At the Shropshire inn we pride ourselves on using as much locally sourced produce as possible, from vegetable suppliers to our butcher who not only rears but butchers his own cattle no more than twenty miles from Haughton. When the season allow head chef will source from local farms to get produce such as fresh quail eggs and raspberries and during the season wonderful asparagus.


We purchase our fish from a local supplier who buys direct from Birmingham fish market on daily basis. As a prominent restaurant in Haughton it is essential we support the local farming community and other producers to help continue the growth of the industry as a whole.
